About BSF: The Border Security Force (BSF) is a border guarding force of the Government of India. Established on 01/12/1965, it is one of the Central Armed Police Forces. Its primary role is to guard India's international borders during peacetime and also prevent trans border crime. Like all paramilitary forces of India, the BSF is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs. It is one of the many law enforcement agencies of India.

Eligibility Criteria: Eligible students should have passed 10th with two years ITI certificate in Radio & TV / 12th with Maths, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized University.
Selection Process: General applicants can be selected in two phases. In the first phase written Test and in the second phase Preliminary screening Test, PET, Dictation test, Verification of original documents, Personal Interview & Medical Exam.

Application Fee Details: - Interested students can to pay the fee of Rs.50/- only for OBC candidates as exam fee in the form of IPO/ Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Inspector General to whom the application is addressed payable at respective Post office. No fee for SC/ ST students.
