Qualification and Experience Post No:1 ASSISTANT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)
“Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 (Two) years experience in repair maintenance and erection of electrical plant and machinery preferably in chemical factories”
Post No:2 ASSISTANT PERSONNEL OFFICER
Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration with 3 years experience in Industrial/ Personnel Relations Department in any establishment out of which 2 years should have been in a responsible capacity.
OR
Graduate with diploma in Personnel Admn. & Industrial Relations or Social Work/Science from a recognized Institution with 5 years experience in Industrial Relations Department in any establishment out of which 2 years should have been in a responsible capacity in a factory dealing with personnel administration and industrial relations.
Post No:3 MEDICAL OFFICER ( ON CONTRACT BASIS FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS)
“The candidate should have obtained MBBS degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those who have undergone training in Industrial Health for a minimum period of three months, recognized by Govt. of Kerala/ Govt. of India”.

Age relaxation of five years for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Service and three years for OBC. The prescribed reservation guidelines as per Government / Statutory Directions will be followed for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Service candidates. Those who fulfill the above requirements may download application format from website and send their application along with the attested copies of certificates in support of educational qualifications, caste/ tribe and experience along with recent passport size photograph in closed covers superscribing the name of the post applied for to reach the undersigned within the stipulated time. Applicants for post No.1& 2 should also enclose crossed Demand Draft in favour of Hindustan Insecticides Limited, Udyogamandal drawn on any scheduled bank for Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only). However, DD not required in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD communities. Those who are working in Public Sector Undertakings/ Govt.
